Are you a qualified finance analyst looking for a direct route into business partnering? Are you looking for a fully remote opportunity?


I am pleased to be supporting a nationwide services business in their search for a Commercial Finance Analyst to join their team on a permanent, full time basis.

The Commercial Finance Analyst will work 100% remotely (as do the rest of the team), with asalary of up to £49,000 PA and great benefits.

The successful Commercial Finance Analyst will have exceptional commercial acumen, ideally in a services environment, however this isn't essential.

You must be confident in presenting data to support financial management across the commercial division, withthe aim of improving the commercial and financial performance of the business.


With the support of the Commercial Head of Finance, this is the perfect opportunity for a commercially aware, analytical finance professional to develop their career with a business that truly cares.

This opportunity has arisen due to promotion to a FinanceBusiness Partner position, further cementing the growth that this organisation have on offer.


The Role:


  • Production of monthly reporting, forecasting and annual budgeting packs
  • Produce and track KPI's
  • Take ownership of contractspecific reporting
  • Develop and improve monthly reporting quality and processes
  • Drive improvement of existing data, including ongoing management of data
  • Develop detailed analysis templates to improve understanding of variances
  • Support the Finance Business Partners with budget setting and other adhoc reporting tasks
  • Manipulate, analyse and interpret complex data, adding commentary for your Business Partner
  • Support the budget and forecast processes with your insightful analysis

About You:


  • Demonstrable commercial finance experience, with a strong understanding of how wider variables impact a business
  • Excellent Excel skills (Vlookups and Pivot Tables as a minimum)
  • Qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA/CIMA)
  • Experience of working closely with stakeholders at all levels
