About Our Client:

Our client is a market leading e-commerce retail business within the fashion industry.

Duties of the Customer Service Team Leader role will include:

  • Lead a team of 2 CS Representatives who will be reporting into you
  • Track customer related concerns and provide time sensitive feedback
  • Maintain solid relationships
  • Overview forecasts and plan ahead with other departments to manage production

The Successful Applicant:


  • Customer Service Team Leader experience
  • Trained in Zendesk
  • Ideally experience with Shopify

- £25,000 - £26,000 Salary

  • Flexible shifts 7 Day week with 5 working days (rotating)
  • Hybrid working 4 Days WFH, 1 day in the office
  • Office Based in Manchester with onsite parking
