Key Responsibilities:
As a Lead Inclusion Assistant, you will play a crucial role in creating an inclusive learning environment. You'll guide interventions and booster groups tailored to the needs of children who find mainstream settings challenging.
Your leadership will extend to driving inclusivity across diverse environments, ensuring each day brings new opportunities and dynamic experiences for both your team and the children you support.
Additionally, you'll provide hands-on leadership in delivering personalized support on a 1:1 basis, addressing the unique needs of each child.
Your confidence and leadership will shine as you lead and coordinate transportation initiatives, prioritizing the well-being of the children involved.

£19,500 Competitive, reflecting your commitment to leadership in specialised child services.

Holiday: Enjoy 13 weeks off annually.

Hours: 09:00 to 15:00, Monday to Friday.

- HLTA,Education Studies or similar (preferred)
Ability to Commute:
