  • 30 hour per week contract

About Our Client:

  • Providing support to the finance department by managing daily accounting tasks.
  • Preparation of financial statements, reports, memos, invoices letters, and other documents.
  • Handling accounts payable and receivable.
  • Completing bank reconciliations.
  • Entering financial information into appropriate software programs.
  • Managing company ledgers.
  • Processing invoices and payment runs.
  • Assisting the finance department with various tasks, including preparing budgets, records, and statements.

The Successful Applicant:


A successful Finance Assistant should have:

  • A solid understanding of financial and accounting principles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, particularly with Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise work effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • High level of accuracy, efficiency, and accountability.
  • An eye for detail, with an ability to spot numerical errors.
