Duties to include (but not limited to)-

  • Responsible for communication with clients to ensure they are aware of next steps along their conveyancing journey and aid their sales progression.
  • Liaising with solicitors to aid conveyancing and trouble shoot any challenges
  • Working with mortgage brokers to ensure our clients mortgages are progressed within the required timescales.
  • Reporting progress and acting as central point of contact for all parties
  • Updating CRM database
  • Liaising with our associated Letting Agents/Partners
  • Organising diaries, making appointments, organising meetings and conference calls
  • Filing and creating suitable filing systems and archiving systems
  • Preparing and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Providing general administration support
  • Printing, copying and scanning as required
  • Administration associated with the all of above.

Monday to Friday - Full Time - 9am to 5pm
**Salary
- £22,000-£24,000 DOE**
Salary: £22,000.00-£24,000.00 per year
