    Description

    This is a key role in shaping the future of Sportradar, the world's leading sports technology company. As part of the People Team, you will be responsible for developing industry-leading people strategies to attract and engage top talent.

    The successful candidate will report to the SVP - Total Rewards and work on implementing the reward strategy, delivering and operating the reward framework and process for Commercial, Growth and Corporate Function divisions.

    Key responsibilities include conducting job leveling and market pricing benchmarking, building compensation packages and tools, and providing fast and quality reward intelligence.

    You will also build and sustain collaborative stakeholder management relationships across the organization, coordinate annual merit cycle, maintain key metrics and measurements, and deliver global reward programs to individual business units.

    We are looking for a highly analytical and numeric individual with strong Microsoft Excel skills, who can navigate through resistance to change and conflict to achieve resolution. Experience working in an international environment and culturally sensitive awareness are essential.

    A bachelor's degree in HRM/Business Administration or related field is required, along with 5-8 years of experience in a similar role. Experience working with sales teams and running Global Mobility programs are desirable skills.
