We have an outstanding opportunity to work at Washwood Heath Academy as an Administration Assistant.
Washwood Heath Multi Academy Trust is looking to appoint a suitably qualified, hard-working, and enthusiastic Administration Assistant to support the work of the Administration teams by being a professional, effective, and efficient member of the team.
You will work under the direct supervision of the PA/Administration Support Manager and the Deputy Office Manager to provide excellent support.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent IT skills, be well organised, have a professional approach to work and be able to prioritize workloads to meet critical deadlines.
Excellent communication skills both oral and written are also an essential part of the role to be able to deal with staff, students, parents, and external agencies.
An ability to multitask is essential.We will offer you:
