Having been in the Market for 20 years New View Window Systems Ltd are one of the UKs largest installers of PVC-u Windows and doors.

We work with all the major house builders predominately in the North west and Yorkshire region.

We are going through a period of growth and are looking for someone to help support the customer care team in our Head office at Wigan.

The Customer Care Administrator role can be demanding and so we are looking for somebody who can work well under pressure.

The right person will have excellent communication skills and have the confidence to deal with various customers. It is essential that the right person will be well organised and understand how to prioritise their workload. Must be computer literate and proficient in the use of Microsoft Office.

Your role will involve accepting new jobs from the builders and their site managers and seeing these jobs through to completion.

The Job Role:

Taking incoming calls from builders/site managers and responding to queries.
Accepting new jobs and inputting those jobs onto the system
Making contact with the customer/homeowners to arrange an engineer visit based on the urgency and the geographical location of the job.
Building a good rapport with the builders and keeping them up to date as to the progress of the jobs reported.

Hours of work

8am5pm (1 Hour unpaid for lunch) 40 Hours per week.

Pro-rata 20 Days holiday per year (excluding Bank Holidays).
