Having been in the Market for 20 years New View Window Systems Ltd are one of the UKs largest installers of PVC-u Windows and doors.
We are going through a period of growth and are looking for someone to help support the customer care team in our Head office at Wigan.
The Customer Care Administrator role can be demanding and so we are looking for somebody who can work well under pressure.
Your role will involve accepting new jobs from the builders and their site managers and seeing these jobs through to completion.
The Job Role:
- Taking incoming calls from builders/site managers and responding to queries.
- Accepting new jobs and inputting those jobs onto the system
- Making contact with the customer/homeowners to arrange an engineer visit based on the urgency and the geographical location of the job.
- Building a good rapport with the builders and keeping them up to date as to the progress of the jobs reported.

- 8am5pm (1 Hour unpaid for lunch) 40 Hours per week.
