Pay starting from £11.00 per hour - we have both Part time & Full time Care Assistant Roles Available - with possibility to progress depending on experience level. We also pay our staff £1 per call directly to our staff to cover travel costs; with many calls within close proximity to each other.**If you are compassionate, caring, and are looking for a rewarding role you can develop a lifelong career in; then we would love you to join our growing team.


Job Description:


  • Working within the community attending visits with client's who require extra support with daily tasks including personal care, medication, and food preparation.
  • Observing, monitoring, recording and supporting client's conditions.
  • Ensuring personal hygiene, infection prevention and control, each client's comfort and safety, and adhering to company procedures.
  • As well as other care related tasks.

We will provide training to enhance our staff's careers. We also pay £1 per visit to cover travel costs.

There is a possibility of a pay increase following a performance review after 6 months; as well as the possibility of working hours increase if desired, and the potential for future progression within the company.


Essential Requirements:

  • Must be a valid UK driving license holder with access to a car.
  • Must have the right to work/live in the UK.
  • Must be passionate about working within the care industry.
  • Experience working as a Care Assistant is preferred but not essential as training and support will be provided to new starters
  • Level 2 NVQ or Level 3 is desirable but not essential as we can support with arranging future courses.
We carry out a DBS check for all new members of staff. We will provide training to enhance our staff's careers where necessary.
