We are recruiting for an Associate Director, Reward & Wellbeing to join the People Leadership team and lead the Reward & Wellbeing Team.
There is a busy reward agenda, with delivery of the annual reward calendar for Wellcome and the investment team and a focus on integrating the wellbeing offer to better support colleagues to deliver on Wellcome's mission.

Our Hybrid Way of Working
