We're currently working with a leading national law firm based in London to source them a junior Commercial Property associate to work on a variety of matters including but not limited to Acquisitions/Disposals, investment, REF work and L&T.

The firm are a very well established team; commercial mindset with a collegiate attitude.

They are leading law firm in the South East, their work is high value by nature and are currently undergoing an exciting period of growth, have gone from strength tostrength over the pandemic and are now looking to grow further.


The role will include:

  • Freehold purchase/sale of commercial premises.


  • L&T

  • Lease Renewals
  • Property Finance
  • Portfolio management/property investment.
  • Rent reviews.

About you:

  • Junior Commercial Property solicitor, admitted in E&W, between 03PQE.
  • Experience in Commercial property investment an important element.
  • Eager to undertake BD initiatives, contributing to the growth/development of the wider department.
