Would you like to expand on your HR skills whilst working in an award-winning school federation?

They have a private sector mentality which has ensured that many of their pupils attend Russell Group Universities, and their HR team will be a reflection of that success.

They are looking for an experienced Recruitment administrator or HR administrator to join their team in providing high levels of support to the principal and the rest of the staff.

You will get exposed to all elements of the HR remit, including contracts, onboarding, liaising with agencies and setting up interviews.

Alongside that you will get exposure to HR databases and training and will have a varied role where you can really have an impact and learn from those around you.

You will have a positive and proactive approach to your work and ideally a great sense of humour.
Salary is dependent on experience.
