We support people, including children, young people and adults who have complex and long-term health conditions to live safely in the comfort of theirown homes.
We employ around 600 employees, mainly across Kent, with rapidly growing teams across our new operational regions in:Essex, Sussex and Hampshire.
At Superior Healthcare we are passionate about the progression and development of our teams, and due to the growth of our business, we currently have an exciting opportunity to join our Complex Care team as a Senior Carer.
As a Senior Carer you will work within one of our hubs in Kent.
You will be required to support a number of clients and will have to have the flexibility to travel to assignments assignments.
If a client's needs mean that you require extra skills (for example, if they need assistance to meet their nutritional requirements), we will provide paid, specialist training to ensure that you can confidently support their needs and continue to developyour own skills.

Hours/Shift Pattern
You will work a minimum of 35 hours each week, up to a maximum of 42 hours, depending on shift duration.
Entry Requirements
- A minimum of 12 months experience in a care and previous experience of supporting adults/children with complex care needs. Tracheostomy experience is preferred but not essential, as full training with be given.
- Possession of, or willing to work towards, a level 3 NVQ qualification or similar.
- Confident, positive interpersonal skills with the ability to lead a team.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Satisfactory enhanced DBS disclosure.
- Full, clean UK driving licence, with access to your own vehicle.
- Evidence ofthe right to work in the UK.
