Partner & Team Administrator based in
London for an established accountancy firm.

£25,000 - £40,000
Location:London, 100% office based
Type of Contract:
Permanent, Full time
Hours: 37.5 hour working week Monday - Friday, Flexible
_The role _
As the
Partner & Team Administrator, your role will involve the following important duties:
- Provide a high level of administrative and operational support to the partners and team members.
- File client documents onto CCH, run conflict searches, AML, open and update files, organise archiving etc.
- Anticipate documents that need to be prepared such as copy typing, pitch documents, proofreading etc.
- Updating technical books, copying and binding tax returns and accounts for clients.
- Provide invoices, process expense claims and reconcile time recordings.
_The experience required _
As a successful
Partner & Team Administrator , you will have the following:
- Previous experience within a similar role, supporting senior team.
- Finance Admin experience including dealing with expenses and technical documents.
- Experience using CCH and Alpha Tax systems.
- Strong IT skills with proficiency in Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Confident in producing reports using Excel spreadsheets.
- Professional telephone manner.
