Who We Are Looking For

We are seeking an individual to manage customer invoicing and cash collection from our Bournemouth office with some remote work.


What You Will Work On

Invoicing and Billing:

  • Generate and distribute accurate invoices for expenses and labor to customers promptly.
  • Ensure invoices comply with company policies, local taxes, and client agreements.
  • Follow up on overdue payments for collections.
  • Record customer payments in the finance system.

Customer Communication:

  • Monitor the finance team's shared mailbox.
  • Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries regarding billing and invoicing.
  • Resolve billing discrepancies and address queries promptly and professionally.
  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships to facilitate smooth payment processes.

Other tasks:

  • Assist with Accounts Payable, processing invoices, verifying expenses, and ensuring timely vendor payments.
  • Support audits by gathering documentation and responding to inquiries.
  • Handle any other adhoc tasks as needed.


Who You Will Work With

You will collaborate closely with our operations teams to ensure accurate customer invoicing. Additionally, you'll work with other finance team members on adhoc responsibilities.


What You Will Bring

We are looking for someone with excellent customer service, meticulous organizational skills, and attention to detail. Office experience is essential.

Strong communication skills are necessary for engaging with clients, customers, and internal stakeholders effectively. This role involves interacting with individuals across various countries and time zones, where English may not be their first language.

Experience in finance or using Salesforce is beneficial. Proficiency in Spanish, German, or French would be advantageous for our global operations.
