    Clinical Pilates Practitioner

    Join our team of rehabilitation specialists at Club Health in London.

    Job Details

    • Locations: Chelsea & Notting Hill, London
    • Contract Type: Full Time - Permanent
    • Hours per Week: 45 (includes evenings and weekends)

    About the Role

    We are seeking a dedicated Clinical Pilates Practitioner to join our multidisciplinary team. As a specialist in this field, you will deliver bespoke treatments and comprehensive care to patients.

    • Develop and communicate personalised Plans of Care
    • Deliver one-on-one Rehab and Strength & Conditioning sessions
    • Implement new technology and software to enhance patient engagement
    • Review compliance and performance with the Clinical Director
    • Understand patients' symptoms, medical history, and treatment goals
    • Ensure consistent product delivery and customer experience
    • Maintain effective communication with patients
    • Provide specialist advice on nutrition, exercise, equipment, sleeping habits, stress management, and more
    • Attract and retain clients
    • Strive to improve clinic standards and identify any risks
    • Maintain accurate patient documentation and records
    • Support the development of clinic services/products

    Requirements

    • REPs level 3 in Pilates, Fitness, PT and/or Sports Science degree;
    • Excellent command of the English language;
    • Appropriate liability insurance and clean DBS;

    Salary: £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, dependent on experience.
