Description

Past experience of a similar role would be beneficial but not essential, however we would be looking for evidence of previous working in an interface role.

The TLO would work as part of a site team, co-ordinating with the Site Manager and Site Facilitator and being the point of contact with the tenants for them to address any concerns or questions to, so someone who is able to work as part of a team and prioritise are qualities that are required for this role.

A company car is optional, with business mile usage reimbursed at HMRC rates on a monthly basis.

We are providing plug in hybrids currently to take advantage of using electric where possible, but with the back up of petrol/diesel as appropriate.

These company vehicles attract a lower benefit-in-kind tax rate.
