Position Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Analyst to join our rapidly expanding business.

Reporting to the Managing Director of Vectair System Limited, this global role will support and have exposure to multiple teams including Finance, Product Development,Supply Chain, Sales and Marketing.

This role will have many opportunities to create and improve processes and analytics to support our global growth agenda.


Responsibilities:

• Support and coordinate global performance analysis and metrics; these include, but are not limited to Sales, Gross Margin, Pricing, Customer Profitability, Segment Profitability and SG&A productivity.
• Develop financial analysis and provide decision support for strategic projects and cross market initiatives.
• Assist with budgeting, forecasting and building financial models.
• Analyse data and provide insights regarding new product and operational tests
• Building scalable solutions for ongoing metrics, reports, analyses, dashboards, etc. to support analytical and business needs.
• Interpret data and provide recommendations as to the effectiveness of promotional/marketing activity
• Use analytical and statistical rigor to answer adhoc business questions and drive business decisions.
• Learn how to operate in and improve upon existing financial systems

Experience/Qualifications required:

• Accounting qualification or Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance
• Minimum 4 years of relevant accounting and finance experience
• A good mix of finance professional and business acumen
• Ability to learn and work finance systems
• Excellent working knowledge of MS Excel
• Excellent analytical, decisionmaking, and problemsolving skills
• Good organisational/time management skills and a keen eye for detail
• Ability to anticipate how decisions can affect our customers, our business partners, and our employees.
• Effectively interprets how various components of a process or structure impact one another and draw accurate conclusions by interpreting data correlations. Uses analytical methods appropriate to the situation and are quick to detect inconsistencies in availableinformation. Anticipates problems, opportunities and the needs of the business.
