Howard Finley Care are currently recruiting for an experienced Home manager to join a friendly, community orientated nursing centre.

The role of home manager will be ideal for a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN/Registered General Nurse) who involves themselvesin delivering and implementing exceptional care for residents with general nursing, dementia and complex care needs and has experience of leading a team.

What Experience do I need:

Experience of leading & managing a team, ideally within a management role within a nursing home.
Understanding of safeguarding adults at risk health & safety requirements related to running a ward and infection control
Understanding of the regulations and legislation within the care profession
Understanding of CQC, national minimum standards and key care principles

As a Registered Nurse you will have;

Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD)
