Description
We are looking for someone to run the office day to day in a relaxed fun environment.

Your Roles & Responsibilities but not limited to:

  • Collection of daily paperwork, ensuring all relevant documentation has been submitted, and assisting in the inputting of data in a fast-paced environment, with great attention to detail.
  • Liaising with External Agencies, Management, and Staff.
  • Liaising on the phone with clients and staff, assisting in resolving queries
  • Filing
  • Ensuring all paperwork is kept update to date and neat.
  • Working towards deadlines ensuring all paperwork and reports submitted in a timely manner.
  • Keeping the office space well organised and tidy
  • Other Roles and Responsibilities may apply,
  • Data entry skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment and meet deadlines
  • Have a 'Can do attitude
  • Methodical and conscientious in approach
  • The ability to follow a process from start to finish with keen attention to detail
  • Ability to work quickly and efficiently
  • Strong communication skills
  • Excellent telephony skills
  • Ability to work on your own and as part of a team
Normal hours of work are Mon-Fri. (Time TBC)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £10.00 per hour


Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Birmingham: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Experience:


  • Administrative: 1 year (preferred)
