My client is a large (and growing) organisation based in Glasgow City Centre, operating as a specialist in the healthcare industry, and are looking to recruit a Team Leader to cover the leadership, management and support of a group of their telephone based operatives.

This fast paced and exciting business operates inbound and outbound calls and services mainly the B2C market but with some B2B engagement too.

The role is based in the heart of Glasgow, no more than 2mins walk from both Queen Street & Central Railway Stations.

The basic salary for the role is £25,000 per annum with a further bonus structure and a very significant benefits package.
