**Customer Service Controller and Car Park Attendant

Heathrow Airport fulltime night shift only

- permanent -
£28,030.40 per annum

APCOA are currently looking for a Customer Service Controller/Car Park Attendant to work as part of the on-site team.

You will be based at MSCP 2 One Network Parking Control Room and be responsible for handling 1st stage queries from customers.

You will need to be a team player and be familiar dealing with customer queries.

Please note, this role is for night shifts on a 4 on, 4 off shift pattern.

Duties will include, but are not limited to:

To monitor software (CCTV, ANPR, Bespoke, Microsoft) to ensure car parks remain fully operational
Carry out patrols of our Car Parks
Ensure report sheets and log sheets are kept up to date.
To ensure high standard of customer areas and facilities at all times by monitoring APCOA Parking UK Ltd HAL City 21/03/2016. Liaising with the appropriate teams and APCOA's business partners
To attend regular customer service training to keep abreast of current trends and legislation
To respond courteously to calls received and to remain professional throughout the call
To close calls handled by you to your best ability using the tools provided
To ensure that all incidents are recorded thoroughly and accurately in the appropriate incident reporting tool, with any follow up actions also being dutifully recorded
To respond safely to calls to attend customer service and operational issues within your assigned car parks
Reception duties as and when required.

What you'll bring:

Excellent spoken and written English
Proven Customer Service skills
Experience using MS Office
