An excellent opportunity to join this growing and forward-thinking estate agent, which is well-established in Crook and the surrounding areas with five offices.

Previous sales agency experience s advantageous but not essential.

What is more important for us is someone with the right attitude and a willingness to learn and work hard.

Essential skills for this role are:

Superb administrative skills.
Excellent and professional telephone manner with an eagerness to answer high call volumes.
Multitasking.
Good sense of humour.
Full, clean driving license.
Good computer skills, as the job is largely based around IT systems.
Excellent timemanagement skills.
A calm nature when working under pressure.
A good team player.

You main responsibilities will be:

Taking ownership of our applicant database. Getting to know applicants looking for properties and ensuring we match them to suitable properties.
Answering phone calls and dealing with clients in the office.
Calling applicants for feedback following viewings.
Maintaining communication with homeowners to provide regular updates on the marketing of their properties.
Booking viewings and valuations in.

Main working hours are Monday-Friday 9.00am-5.00pm but you will also be expected to work alternate Saturdays 9.00am-1.00pm as and when needed (a half a day off during the week will be provided when working Saturdays).
