HR Support Executive | Fully remote working|£15 per hour|

Calling all HR Assistant / Officers / Executives / Administrators


Macildowie is working with an exciting charity to appoint an interim HR Support Executive to help implement a new HR system and all the data that goes with it.

The role is FULLY REMOTE and is paying around £15 per hour.


The role will be in three stages which will be: initial configuration, working with stake holders to use the system and then maintenance to use the system day-to-day.


The system will be an important central hub for all of the employee data including payroll, maternity / paternity, employee records, training, recruitment, annual leave and sickness & absence so experience or knowledge in these fields is essential.


Duties might include:


  • Initial implementation of the new system including migration of the data
  • Retain accurate records in line with compliance and relevant law
  • Ensure all company documents are accessible
  • Ensure the organisation chart is up to date
  • Configuring induction / onboarding schedules
  • Recruitment sourcing relevant website and producing job packs and supporting managers with the recruitment process
  • Support selfservice for annual leave, performance, training, reporting and expenses claims


The role is very varied and interesting and will be a fantastic opportunity for a full generalist to take on an existing project.
