About The Role:


What you'll be doing day to day

  • Develop and execute recruitment and attraction strategies
  • Keeping track of recruiting metrics (e.g. timetofill and costperhire)
  • Utilizing and managing Talent Pools
  • Participate in job fairs and career events.
  • Research and choose job advertising options.
  • Implement new sourcing methods (e.g. social recruiting and Boolean searches)
- upskilling hiring managers on interviewing techniques

  • Coordinate with department managers to forecast future hiring needs.
  • Review recruitment software and suggest the best option for company needs.
  • Recommend ways to improve our employer brand.
  • Stay up to date on labour legislation and inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations.
  • Ensuring processes and legal requirements comply with employment law and company standards
  • Ensure compliance across the group
  • Working to GDPR and Company compliance and understanding its importance
  • Supporting the wider recruitment and HR team
  • Proven experience as an Internal Recruiting Manager/Senior recruiter.
  • Handson experience with Applicant Tracking Systems
  • Knowledge of labour legislation
  • MS Office skills including Excel and Word
  • Familiarity with social media and other professional networks
  • Engaging personality, able to influence and sell
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong decisionmaking skills
  • A cando attitude with the ability to adapt to the department's needs
