Job Summary:
To have a inquisitive mind and to ensure that information provided to Directors is accurate and comprehensive.
Other office/sales tasks required, answering the telephone, project work etc
Duties:
- Carry out both cash collection and prepare creditor payment to the bank
- Perform data entry to record accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions
- Be responsible for the collation of month end data for accountant
- Assist in reconciling financial statements and reports for all managers
- Process invoices, expense reports, and other financial documents
- Support Managers in daily accounting/stock control tasks/month end tasks
- Utilise Sage accounting software
- Be willing to cover for team members for holiday/sickness cover
Requirements:
- Minimum of 5 years experience in a financial environment
- Must have a sound knowledge of all office packages specifically excel
- Proven experience with data entry and accounting software
- Familiarity with financial services and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in numerical data
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
Pay:
£28,000.00 per year

- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
