If you have any customer service, office based experience we will consider you.

As a Customer Support Executive your duties will include:

  • Helping customers get the most out of the software provided
  • Training customers on how to use the software
  • Becoming an expert on the product provided with no sales or upsell involved
To be successful in this role as a Customer Support Executive you will need to:

  • Clear communicator
  • Problem solving skills
  • Basic IT skills
