£31,500 basic + £13,500 commission Y1

They run the technology that sits behind the Tesco Clubcard, Coca Cola customer activation campaigns, Heineken, Asda, John Lewis, JD Sports, Greggs' loyalty scheme, Ladbrokes' customer marketing platform and many more.


This company's mission is to enable businesses to have one-to-one relationships with each of their customers digitally, and then in person.

They help brands & retailers mostly in the grocery, food and beverage space to transform their marketing for a digital world, bridging online to offline, so that big brands can best engage with their customers in real time both on and off line.

They are run by an ex-Tesco senior figure so they have first-hand experience of really understanding the challenges with digital that retailers/ brands face & how to create genuine value.

They also help these brands increase their staffs' loyalty too.

The Role:

Joining as a Sales Development Representative, you would be responsible for helping the company land new clients Guided by a successful SDR Team leader who was placed into the company by Venatrix and has progressed to become a team lead over the last 12 months and Chief Revenue Officer, you will be onboarded via a detailed induction plan, you will have all the training & development you need to become a future sales star

Your YR1 OTE is a whopping £45,000


Progression:

12-18 months progression into AE role or Account manager
