Lead Functional Consultant - London - £75,000 - £90,000

A multi-award winning, accredited Microsoft Golf Partner launched in 2014 are looking to bring on a Lead Functional Consultant to their core Dynamics team.

The firm has seen year-on-year growth of over 30% over the last 8 years, having grown from 4 to 40+ people.

The group focus is within the housing and building industry, helping to support over 170 firms with bespoke systems, aid in adjusting to regulations, and continue to grow the business with their pre-sales team.


With over 6 functional consultants and 5 developers, the firm is now poised to hire a lead Functional consultant to steer the direction of the team, to act as the main point of contact for complex technical issues, and to liaise with other departments to ensure business growth and technical challenges are met.


For the role, you'll need to:

  • Lead the delivery of the firm's Microsoft Dynamics 365 solutions
  • Define training needs and help coach others
  • Use the full breadth of the Microsoft dynamics ecosystem to deliver functionality and bespoke offerings
  • Identify, raise, and mitigate business or project risks as necessary
  • Meet and exceed business and client expectations

Key skills required:

  • Have 5+ years of experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM
  • Have 2+ years of experience in a senior/lead role with managerial requirements
  • Be an expert with Azure/Azure DevOps
  • Be familiar with 2+ of the following: Sales Management, Project Services Automation, Customer Service Management, Field Services
  • PowerApps, LogicApps, Flow and Common Data Service
