We are working with a National Leisure Operator to find a Group Food and Beverage Manager to oversee the strategy and delivery of their catering operations in the form of cafes, vending and hospitality events within their busy sports and leisure Venue's,with a view to growing these revenue lines and increasing profitability.

Key Role:

  • Work with key directors to devise the national food and beverage strategy incorporating products, pricing, and target markets.
  • Plan and deliver any new rollout's, working in partnership with the centre teams, marketing and other key stakeholders.
  • Take responsibility for supplier management and procurement.
  • Review and update operational procedures to create efficiencies and remain up to date with the latest regulations and legislation.
  • Look after training and development, source courses and ensure teams qualifications are up to date.
  • Travelling around the centres from two up to four days per week with the rest of the time working remotely.

The Person:

  • Dynamic individual, strategic thinker and handson approach to leadership.
  • Excellent planner, well organized and a selfstarter.
  • Experience in developing and implementing programme strategies that have led to business improvement in catering or retail income.
  • Multisite food and beverage operational experience possibly as a Regional Manager, Area Manager, District Manager, Regional Support Manager or National Catering/Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Commercial Catering experience within a similar retail field such as sports & leisure management, entertainment, holiday parks, Visitor attractions or coffee shops.
  • Preferably living in Central England for easy access to most of their sites.
  • A full clean driving license and the flexibility to travel up as far up Bolton and as south as Basingstoke during the week.
