Job Title: Senior Pensions Data Technician

About the Role

We are looking for a highly skilled Senior Pensions Data Technician to join our Scheme Events team in Capita Pensions Solutions.

The ideal candidate will have experience working with pensions data, technical pensions calculations, and bulk data analysis. They will be responsible for delivering complex projects and ensuring high-quality outcomes within service level agreements.

Key Responsibilities:

To work closely with Scheme Events Leads and Scheme Event Manager to plan and deliver requirements for Scheme Events and Projects.
To review and provide feedback on the work of Pensions Data Technicians, ensuring accuracy and quality of Scheme Events and Projects.
To lead on the delivery of assigned projects and scheme events, including data processes such as extracting, transforming, and uploading data.
To perform regular reviews of existing systems and controls to enhance service delivery, improve processes, and reduce potential complaints and business risks.

Requirements:

DB pensions scheme experience.
Technical pensions calculations/analysis.
Bulk data analysis.
Pension administration and work management systems.
Accuracy, attention to detail, and quality management.
Excellent Excel skills, including filters, sorting, pivot tables, and formulas.
A Level Maths or Degree with maths element or Work experience involving complex data analysis.
