- London City Physiotherapy are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking receptionist and administrator to join the team.
- Up to £24,000 (pro rata) based on experience
- Min of 16 hours per week with overtime to cover annual leave
- Working hours in a shift pattern Monday
- Friday 2 days per week, with potential to increase
- Being front of house and provide a warm welcome for all patients
- Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering
- Liaising with patient's GP's and consultants on behalf of the practitioners
- Processing & recording of payments. Balancing end of day book
- Admin duties such as scanning and filing
- Excellent IT skills experience with Microsoft office packages
- Experience of TM3, or other practice software is desired but not essential
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Calm under pressure, and able to remain professional at all times
- Ability to work both within a dedicated team as well as independently
- Experience in a previous front of house role, ideally in the private medical sector or health and fitness industry
