*Part Time Receptionist / Administrator
  • London City Physiotherapy are looking for an enthusiastic and hardworking receptionist and administrator to join the team.
  • Up to £24,000 (pro rata) based on experience
  • Min of 16 hours per week with overtime to cover annual leave
  • Working hours in a shift pattern Monday
  • Friday 2 days per week, with potential to increase
  • Being front of house and provide a warm welcome for all patients
  • Monitoring stock levels and stock ordering
  • Liaising with patient's GP's and consultants on behalf of the practitioners
  • Processing & recording of payments. Balancing end of day book
  • Admin duties such as scanning and filing
  • Excellent IT skills experience with Microsoft office packages
  • Experience of TM3, or other practice software is desired but not essential
  • Exceptional customer service skills
  • Calm under pressure, and able to remain professional at all times
  • Ability to work both within a dedicated team as well as independently
  • Experience in a previous front of house role, ideally in the private medical sector or health and fitness industry
