Recruitment Officer required to work with a government department. This is an 8-month contract, paying £150 per day, inside IR35, Hybrid working (1 day per week onsite at the London Office)
Main Responsibilities:
- Schedule meetings to plan contingent workforce recruitment campaigns, helping stakeholders to map timelines and provide schedules for all market activity.
- Release requirements to the market via contingent workforce frameworks, communicating clearly to suppliers the details of requirements and deadlines.
- Hold regular meetings / calls with suppliers on contingent workforce recruitment activity.
- Lead all recruitment coordination and administration support, which includes but not limited to; diary management, logistics (meetings and visits), room bookings for each campaign and updating relevant systems and spreadsheets.
- Be the main point of contact throughout the recruitment process for all stakeholders involved.
- Create unique files for each contingent worker & contractor with all of the requirement documents contained.
- Raise work orders via supplier portals and produce order forms, ensuring all orders are signed by the Head of Contingent Workforce and suppliers.
- Monitor the onboarding and vetting process with suppliers to ensure that everything is on track for the start date, unblocking any issues that arise.
- Raise and approve IT tickets for new user accounts, laptops and phones.
- Ensure all contingent workforce recruitment and onboarding data for requirements is recorded on required databases and reports.
Experience required:
- Have coordinated the full contingent workforce recruitment lifecycle in a fastpaced market.
- Have worked with specialist contractor suppliers and temporary staffing agencies.
- Have experience of managing onboarding processes and ensuring that vetting standards are met.
- Possess strong customer service skills and the ability to maintain remote relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Be highly organised with demonstrable administration and support skills, handling a busy diary, managing conflicting priorities at the same time.
