Customer Service Executive to join them on a permanent basis.

As a Customer Service Representative,
you will be responsible for the day-to-day business in the office and manages the order process from start to finish. The
Customer Service Executive is the main point of contact for all customers.


Key Responsibilities of the Customer Service Executive:

  • A main point of contact for all customers.
  • Manage/coordinate the order process from start to finish.
  • Prepare & produce professional quotations, proactively following up on all.
  • As a Sales Force user, ensure the systems are updated and maintained; liaise with both internal and external customers.
  • Proactive control of Company generated leads, including followup and liaising with the sales team and external clients.
  • Generate & check reports for the status of orders.
  • Progress outstanding orders.
  • Receive & respond to all customer complaints.
  • Liaise with the accounts department regarding customer credit issues.
  • Support the Customer Service Supervisor with his/her reporting tasks and provide him/her actual & relevant data.
  • Initiate and support local marketing campaigns.
  • All other activities related to daytoday business.

Skills & Experience Required of the Customer Service Executive:

  • Must have a proven track record of working in a similar role for 5 years.
  • Technical affinity would be a plus.
  • Languages: English essential fluent oral & written, other languages are beneficial.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, works and communicates well with internal colleagues and external customers.
  • Energetic and proactive initiator; must present a professional and articulate image.
  • Able to work to deadlines, excellent organisational skills.
  • Works well with mínimal supervision, selfdiscipline and motivation.
  • Good working knowledge of Office software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.); knowledge of a CRM package is beneficial.
