Eurocentral

£22k basic + Bonus

Full Time - 40hrs p/w

Monday to Sunday - 5 out of 7 days

CarMoney are currently recruiting for an Administrator support the account managers in the provision of vehicles and vehicle leasing contracts in both the private and commercial marketplace.

In this role you will work alongside advisers, the compliance and administration team to ensure client satisfaction, cost efficiency and profitability of the business.


The role of the Administrator
will involve but not be limited to;**- Data input/document processing completed and not backlogged more than 1 hour in any period (holiday periods excepted).

  • Telephone answered within four rings during business hours.
  • All customer requests/queries executed within one hour/one day dependent upon priority.
  • Full cooperation with advisers/account managers in maintaining excellent customer service and accurate records.
  • All packs sent for payout within 1 hour of receipt from Handover.
  • All invoices created within 1 hour of pack being received from Handover
  • Turn around completed packs passed to accounts for payout within average 1 day of receipt from Handover.
  • All customers updated every 2 days with the progress/status of their order where pack is with handover for over a day
  • Attention to detail is key with invoices, proofs and documents checked for completion and quality checked before being sent for Payout.
  • Compliance with internal procedures, record keeping and data security requirements.
  • Any other duties as reasonably required.

  • Ability to pick up processes quickly and work in fast paced environment
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional Customer Service experience
  • Competent and confident to handle outbound and inbound calls
  • First class written and oral communication skills
  • Excellent organisational skills
Due to location and shifts a driving license would be ideal
