Atrium Healthcare, recruiting on behalf of our esteemed client, is excited to welcome enthusiastic Support Workers to provide nurturing care and support to these incredible young individuals.


Your Role:

As a Support Worker, you'll play a pivotal role in creating a warm, nurturing environment for the children under our care


Your responsibilities will include:

  • Acting as a professional parent, offering compassionate care and guidance to each young person.
  • Implementing a childcentred approach to promote healthy growth and development.
  • Establishing clear and consistent boundaries to ensure a safe and secure environment for every child to thrive.
  • Being an active team player, participating in team meetings, training sessions, and other collaborative activities.
  • Demonstrating flexibility by covering shifts when needed, ensuring consistent care for our young ones.
