Security Patrol Officer - Public Safety (Drivers)
Full time - Permanent (Min 45hrs per week)

Parkguard Ltd are currently seeking to recruit a number of Security Patrol Officers to work in a public safety environment.

We work alongside a variety of Local Authority and Housing clients within London and the Home Counties to assist with the prevention of crime, public nuisance issues and proving general security support.

Role Responsibilities:

Assist and support the public with regards to safety and welfare.
Detect, disrupt, and deter offenders and take appropriate action where required.
Provide education and awarenessbased patrols with the aim of preventing crime and other forms of nuisance.
Work in partnership with local service providers and emergency services.
Inspect and patrol premises regularly
Monitor property entrance
Authorise entrance of people and vehicles
Report any suspicious behaviors and happenings
Secure all exits, doors, and windows
Monitor surveillance cameras
Respond to alarms and react in a timely manner
Provide assistance to people in need
Submit reports of daily surveillance activity

Role Requirements:

Valid SIA Door Supervisor or Close Protection Licence
A Full Valid Driver's Licence & own means of transport (Due to variety of work base locations)
Able and willing to work unsocial hours (Evenings/Weekends/Nights)
Be physically fit and able to patrol on foot and work from a vehicle for the duration of each shift, with ability to deal with confrontational, volatile and physical incidents as and when required
