Position:
Administration Assistant
Hours:37.5 hours per week
Shift pattern:
Monday - Friday 09:00 - 17:30
Salary:
£20,319.00 per annum
Location:
Hybrid - Office based Bowthorpe. Norwich

Hybrid to be reviewed one initial training is completed - 70%office 30% homebased
As an Administrative Assistant at Careline365 you will be responsible for handling and processing incoming confidential data, you will be updating and managing customer data and records.
Main responsibilities & Activities
- Making outbound calls to client base
- Inbound calls from external partnerships
- Using Microsoft packages to input data and distribute information.
- Minuting meetings.
- Managing your own workload and reporting to your Team leader where assistance might be required.
- Completing audits and quality checking
- Escalate any procedures which are not clear to Team leader

Requirements:
Experience
- Essential _
- Proven experience of direct contact with the general public, in a work related environment.
- Desirable _
- Admin experience working with large amounts of data

- Ability to read and process reported data
Qualifications & Training
- Essential _
- A good general standard of secondary education.
Skills

- IT literacy including working knowledge of Microsoft office (including Excel, Word, Outlook)

- Ability to analyse information and accurately input it.
