I'm have been exclusively instructed on a new in-house legal opportunity with one of Europe's leading alternative investment management firms located in the west end of London.

My client is widely recognised for their understanding of credit and track recordof generating strong, risk adjusted return for clients through investments in performing, rescheduled and non-performing loans.


The day to day of the role will consist of negotiating, reviewing and advising on contracts relating to the acquisition and management of portfolios.

Assisting in the provision and implementation of legal and regulatory advice in relation to fund operationsand transaction management.

My client is looking for a junior lawyer to join their team.

Ideally you will have experience within a transactional environment of a top tier law firm, preferably with general corporate experience within the financial services industry.
