Main Duties and Responsibilities

  • Overseeing customer queries and data requests to resolution
  • Coordinating customer estate changes to ensure customer portfolios are maintained
  • Manage all incoming and outgoing post
  • Answer telephone queries and requests and deal with in the necessary manner
  • Managing receipt of utility invoices and both via paper and electronically and record
  • Complete invoicing activities at the earliest opportunity for the contracts within specific guidelines
  • Assist the Energy Bureau team with adhoc contract requirements

Competencies - Background Experience

  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience working to deadlines and using ones initiative to solve problems
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment
  • Strong ability using Excel, Word and PowerPoint is essential
  • At least five GCSE's (A-C grade)
