We are looking for a
Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner to work for at least 3 months in Norwich working with the Mental Health Service.


The pay rate for this
Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner role
is up to £24 (umbrella rate) and is due to start as soon as possible.

We have a placement for a
Band 6 Senior Mental Health Practitioner _with MH experience _**to work within the Crisis Resolution Home Treatment Team in Norwich, Norfolk


Start date:

ASAP

Shift pattern:
Open 24hrs - 7 days per week. Full time and part time both considered

Address:
Hellesdon Hospital, Drayton High Rd, Norwich NR6 5BE

Duties:

Oversight of the patients awaiting admission to hospital and link with community, crht and bed management - to provide support to service users who awaiting admission.
