Key responsibilities
Taking a proactive approach to chase outstanding invoices
Ensuring credit and collection policies and procedures are followed
Assisting in day-to-day financial operations
General office admin responsibilities, including answering calls and filing when required
Essential qualities
Ability to be persistent and focused on tasks until outcomes are achieved
Effective communication skills with a professional and polite yet firm mannerism on telephone calls
Strong time management skills to aid in balancing and prioritising workloads
Desirable qualities
1 year experience in credit controlling roles
Good knowledge of IT systems with ability to use systems such as Office well
Good understanding of finance systems and terminology
Remuneration and benefits
Part-time position with negotiable working hours and days
£ /hr, pro-rata'd dependent upon experience
28 days holiday entitlement (including Bank Holidays), pro-rata'd
