REED are looking to hire a specialist Recruitment Consultant to the highly successful team in Sheffield

The need for the position is due to organic team growth, to allow us to reach out into new recruitment markets.

For this role you will need to be a real people person (apologies for the cliché).

Whether you have any recruitment/sales experience or none at all doesn't make any difference as full training will be provided.

What I can't train is a strong work ethic, can do attitude and a willingness to pick up the phone and speak to clients - thatneeds to come from you

Recruitment Consultant
- £20,000 - £30,000 basic

Plus uncapped commission
Sheffield City Centre + working from home

Monday

Friday (37.5 hours) Permanent, Full Time

This is a 360 role so includes both the sales and service aspects of a consultant role, just some of the duties are:

Identifying, generating and maintain a pipeline of business with in your market
Negotiating with clients
Resourcing for job vacancies
Writing job specifications
Spotting opportunities for short, medium and long term wins.
Maintaining a high quality database which allows you to quickly and actively seek out business
