Property Administrator
Our client is a nationally recognised brand with over 80 offices across the UK. Each office is owned and independently run by local business owners with the backing of a nationally recognised franchise. Our client are currently looking for a Property Administrator to join their team in Hull City Centre.


Working as a Property Administrator they need a driven, energetic and motivated individual, capable of working within a team that goes 'over and above' in everything that they do within a high volume, fast paced environment.


Key responsibilities:


  • Advising clients about the whole Lettings process
  • Setting up viewings and showing potential tenants around the property
  • Managing property maintenance activities from start to finish
  • Managing and ensuring property compliance requirements
  • Conducting periodic inspections
  • Conducting Inventory and CheckIn / CheckOut reports
  • Dealing with deposits and disputes
  • Dealing with Landlord and Tenant enquiries
  • Proactively generating appointments for Market Appraisal opportunities

Requirements:


  • Excellent time management and organisational skills
  • Have the ability to effectively organise and prioritise your workload
  • A flexible approach to workload and able to work under pressure in a fast paced environment
  • A 'positive' and 'nothing is too much trouble' attitude
  • Proficient Microsoft Office IT skills with the ability to learn and use bespoke packages
  • Excellent communication skills (listening, written and verbal) at all levels
  • Ability to create a great first impression and a better lasting impression as a brand ambassador
  • Confident and comfortable working alone or as part of a team
  • Passionate about every opportunity
  • Work at pace without distractions
  • A full, clean Driving License and access to a vehicle

Note:
Lettings experience is advantageous but is not a necessity as full training will be provided.

Salary - starting at £22,500 dependant on experience with salary reviews in place
