Financial Controller
Pinpoint Resourcing are currently working with an award-winning Architecture firm to source a permanent Financial Controller.

This role will directly support the Finance Director, oversee the day-to-day finance operations, management and development of ateam of 7.

Duties:

Managing the daytoday finance function and the delivery of all finance specialisms, including the direct line management responsibilities
Business partnering with partners, directors and project leaders on a daily basis to provide operational and project financial analysis, advice and information in a timely manner
Acting as the financial accounting and ERP system superuser, responsible for ensuring it is accurately maintained and providing solutions and continuous improvements to systems and processes
Overseeing the preparation of the group monthly management accounts, ensuring the finance team meet agreed deadlines
Overseeing the preparation of budgets, cashflow and other financial forecasts that may be required, ensuring the accuracy of information produced
Analysis and preparation of management information
Preparation of statutory audit deliverables and liaison with Auditors
Attend project WIP meetings, providing commercial advice to Project Managers and mentoring the Project Accountants
Responsible for the accurate recognition of revenue in accordance with agreed criteria
A commitment to mentoring the team and supporting their continued professional development
Deputise for the Finance Director as required
