£400/day
Remote with travel to regional hubs

Akton are currently recruiting for our client, a leading independent construction and property consultancy for the built environment, who are looking for a Project Lead to join their team.

The role will be working on local authority projects within a government programme. The Project Lead will operate across Programme/Change/Cost/Risk and Reporting.

Experience and qualifications

Good knowledge of construction project lifecycles
Experience in residential/retrofit and/or local authority projects, preferably within major grant schemes (asset and monitoring)
Lead workshops, extract information and challenge appropriately
Strong communication and networking
Degree educated
Relevant Project Management qualification
5+ years post grad experience
