You will either be an experienced estate agent or keen to become one. Salary negotiable depending on experience.


Job Role

• Register applicants, arrange and conduct viewings and give feedback to vendors
• Negotiate offers
• Conducting Market Appraisals
• Advertise properties
• Deliver exceptional customer service over the phone and face to face
• Build our social media following
• Maximise business opportunities through local networking

Required Skills:

• Estate agency experienced preferred but not essential
• Sales/customer service experience
• Be able to work as part of a team
• Be motivated and enthusiastic
• Be target driven
• Good diary management
• Good IT skills
• Good communication skills
• Hold a full UK driving licence

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
From £20,000.00 per year


Schedule:

• Monday to Friday
• Weekend availability
