Essex Sign & Design is seeking a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as a Garment Decorator / embroidery machinist and will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of the department.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Machinist to join a dynamic team and make a real impact on our company's success.

Responsibilities:

• Operating embroidery and print machines.
• Printing machine experience preferred but not essential (training will be provided)
• Computer literate
• Perform routine maintenance on machines.
• Troubleshoot machine malfunctions.
• Maintain a strong focus on quality by implementing and enforcing high standards for embroidery and printing work, conducting regular quality checks, and addressing any issues that may arise
• Ensure customer satisfaction by understanding and addressing their needs, always providing exceptional service and at the foremost 110% customer service.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Working to tight deadlines with your team mates, good communication skills essential
• An enthusiastic, friendly personality
• Ability to work quickly and accurately with high attention to detail.

Job Types:

Salary:
£10.50-£12.50 per hour
