Duties:
- Coordinating any customer care requirements with our clients, such as booking in jobs, and making sure jobs have been completed.
- Various administration tasks such as the completion of commissioning certificates and inputting supplier invoices on accounting software
- Deal with customer complaints and concerns with empathy and professionalism
- Updating systems with updates and call logs
- Building relationships with new and existing clients.
Requirements:
- Experience working with COINS
- Experience in the development industry desirable
- Friendly and outgoing personality
- Resilience is they key to any customer focused role
