Facilities, Buildings & Compliance Coordinator


An essential part of the Building Safety & Compliance team you will be assisting the Building Safety Manager in the effective delivery of hard and soft services across their portfolio of Offices, Landing Pads and Independence & Well-being Schemes whilst adhering to statutory and legal compliance regulations.

What you'll be doing- Routine Building Safety checks/audits including site visits. Routine audits for office cleaning. Provide support in ordering office stationary, cleaning products and food & drinks.
Updating maintenance schedules to ensure compliance to regulations. Working collaboratively with the Building Safety team. Raising orders through our finance and housing management systems. Conduct contractor meetings, meeting contractors on site and arranging site access. Monitoring the BMS systems where present ensuring offices and buildings are operating effectively and efficiently. Act as Fire Marshal following training, helping with coordination when there is a fire drill, making notes and setting up follow up meetings. Act as a First Aider and carry out monthly inspections of all First Aid boxes to ensure that all core list items are present and within date, placing orders for replacement items as required. Meeting & Events coordination. Assist in budget setting and budget management.
What you'll need- Excellent IT skills. IOSH - Desirable but not essential training can be provided Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to complete tasks in an accurate and timely manner when working under pressure. Ability to develop relationships with key stakeholders Fire Marshall Trained Qualified First Aider Car & Full driving licenceWhat we need from you- Empathy with our tenants and residents and willingness to deliver exceptional customer service; Willingness to travel between offices, landing pads and scheme offices.
